Welcome to Cincinnati’s first Green Team!

Jami Stutzman and Libby Hunter help you Save Green by Going Green!

Let us show you how you can bring eco-friendly features to your next home, farm or investment property. As real estate professionals, we firmly believe that environmental responsibility isn’t an option, but a standard of practice. We assist buyers and sellers with a wide variety of special needs in the real estate market, ranging from sustainable urban infill projects to residential re-sale and green options for suburban and farm dwellers alike.  Whether dealing in acreage, hobby farms or equestrian properties, we have a vested interest in keeping our rural areas green as well as our urban neighborhoods. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss our core values, business practices and experience.

Volunteer service and community activism compliment our professional lives.  Both of us have committed ourselves to non-profit ventures at home and abroad.  Jami’s experience ranges from serving Cincinnatians through volunteer work in several non-profits to traveling extensively through South America working in local churches and orphanages.  Libby has spent years both as a volunteer and a professional in the non-profit world, creating bi-lingual literacy programs in Eastern Europe, working for the International Red Cross and as a Refugee Resettlement Coordinator in a local service agency.   Three boys and numerous rescued Greyhounds and horses fill the free time quickly!

Feel free to write or call anytime; We’re always at your service!

    Hi Jami and Libby,

As of this week, we are launing a new Green Healthy Living Magazine in the greater Cincinnati Area. We will start with over 500 distribution points and 45,000 readers. There is no better way to reach your Target Market! Moreover, we will give tons more publicity than just ads. Let me know if you want the details and I’ll email them to you, send them by post, or meet with you. You should see the magazine popping up all over town, Northside at Park and Vine, Norwood at Whole Foods, and like I said over 500 locations… Hope we can talk soon to see how we can work together. The current issue is August. In October I’m looking at doing a feature article on Green Builders and some other Green topics because the Theme that month will mainly be the Environment. However, the magazine has so much to offer, I’d love to sit down with you and share the vision. Let me know…

    With Gratitude, Love and Blessings,
