We already had some graduate. Some UC students stopped by a few months ago. Now they are vermicomposting in studio. Those worms… they grow up so quickly…

The additional cost of a Geothermal system is already offset by the operations cost from the first month you install one. For example, the upgrade may add $85 to the cost of a mortgage but you save $130 a month on your utility bills. And, with the 30% credit, the system pays for itself even faster. We are huge fans of Geothermal!
